Great Service

My first order was shipped and delivered faster than expected and when I received a damaged wooden bow tie, I emailed Ray to explain the situation and in a mater of hours not only had he replied, he created a new shipment for me. Fantastic service and I am happy with my bow tie. Can't wait for wedding season!
